Providing Education and sharing knowledge is the greatest gift that one can give back to society.
For children from poor families apart from financial strain to the parents lack of schools nearby is a big hinderance.
The Trust has adopted the Local Govt. Primary School and is distributing, books, stationery and school uniforms free of cost to the poor children. The Trust runs a Sanskrit Veda Prabanda Patasala for their benefit. This had added a new dimension to the children’s education. It is pleasure to hear them rectie Sanskrit Slokas and Hymns with clarity and ease.
Mobile Schools
In the northern districts of Karnataka especially in the hilly areas, more than 50% of the children get dropped out of their school before completing their middle school. It was found by the study that, this condition was mainly due to the financial constraints in the marginalized sections of the families and also due to lack of interest among the children, inadequate teacher in the schools, ineffective teaching methods and, lack of motivation among the teachers etc., The project will organize Mobile educational units, which will be accommodated with audio, video equipments to animate both teacher and students and introduce effective teaching and process in the government primary and middle schools.
The trust seeks active cooperation from one and all to achieve this noble cause. All contributions all exempted from Income tax under section 80G.
